KNOW YOUR NATIONAL VALUES - NCCE CHARGES PUPILS

The Abetifi District office of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) has engaged pupils of Atta-ne-Atta D/A JHS school on national values to mark this year’s Citizenship Week Celebration.

Engaging the pupils, an Immigration Officer in the Abetifi District, Ms. Hosarine Barimah, encouraged the in-school youth to be humble, respectful, and tolerant, saying that these values can contribute to shaping behaviour and grant them many opportunities. Ms. Hosarine Barimah implored them to take their studies seriously.

The Abetifi District Director of the NCCE, Ms. Roberta E. Koah reminded the pupils of their civic responsibilities and their role in nation-building. She entreated them to be honest, truthful, obedient, and live in harmony with others. This, she said would help promote unity.
