The Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Office of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) has organized a quiz competition for three Junior High Schools at the Good Foundation Preparatory School in the Eastern Region. These schools included Bishop Atto Junior High School, Presbyterian Junior High School, and Anglican Junior High School.
The Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Director of the NCCE, Mr. Emmanuel Otoo said the aim of the quiz was to sharpen the pupils' knowledge and deepen their understanding of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana as well as instill in the pupils, the best practices to protect the environment for prosperity. He added that the quiz would be focused on the content of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana and general knowledge of the Environment and Sanitation.
Anglican Junior High School emerged winner, followed by Bishop Atto Junior High School and Presbyterian Junior High School respectively. For their prices, each contesting school received 15 note and exercise books and copies of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana.
Also in attendance were Marian Oko De-Browm, a Principal Civic Education Officer, Florence Essuman, a Principal Civic Education Officer, Monica Zaato, a Senior Civic Education Officer, Afua Saah, a Civic Education Officer, Faustina Afull, a Civic Field Officer, Janet Owusua, a Civic Field Officer and Mr. Eric Kwabina Afram, a Civic Field Officer.
