The New Juaben North Office of the Commission made a significant impact during its visit to the Seventh-day Adventist Senior High School, Asokore.
Mr. Ebenezer Acheampong, the Municipal Director, took the opportunity to enlighten first-year students on their fundamental human rights as outlined in Chapter 5 of the 1992 Constitution.
The session emphasized the importance of equal rights, irrespective of race, gender, or religion, aiming to shield individuals from discrimination and abuse. Mr. Acheampong also delved into the definition, types, and significance of human rights, urging students to respect each other's rights and make choices that promote a healthy lifestyle.
