The Western Regional Director of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), Mr. J.Y. Ennin has delivered a lecture to Airforce recruits at the Airforce Training School in Takoradi.
While social distancing as dictated by the safety protocols put in place to fight against COVID-19, the interaction centered on human rights and the responsibility of the Armed Forces to defend the Constitution. Over 150 recruits participated in the programme.
