Congregants of Manso Nkwanta Church of Pentecost have been educated on the importance of peaceful co-existence and the rights of persons with disabilities. The NCCE Amansie West office's public outreach formed part of efforts to promote peace before, during, and after the 2024 general election.
The session highlighted the role of citizens in fostering unity and tolerance, especially during electoral processes. Congregants were urged to reject violence, embrace dialogue in resolving conflicts, and respect diverse political views to ensure a stable and harmonious society.
Additionally, the engagement educated attendees on disability rights, emphasising inclusivity and the need to support persons with disabilities in all aspects of national life. The initiative formed part of the Commission's broader commitment to civic education and national cohesion.
