The Techiman Regional office of the NCCE has intensified in-school civic engagements on national values and general education on the 1992 Constitution of Ghana. Civic Educators visited a number of schools to deliver civic sermons on Ghanaian values and the Constitution with the aim of nurturing civic minded citizens.

Principal Civic Education Officer, Muru David, and Assistant Civic Education Officer, Fred Frimpong engaged students of the Evangelical Church of Ghana Educational Complex at Techiman in Bono East Region.
