NCCE Organizes Educational Tour for Asesewa SHS Civic Education Club Members

The NCCE in the Upper Manya Krobo District of the Eastern Region has organised an educational tour for Civic Education Club members at Asesewa Senior High School. The exercise was for the students to familiarise themselves with the operations of various departments in the District Assembly and understand their respective roles to support local government development.

The District Coordinating Directors of the Ghana Ambulance service, Social welfare, the Ghana Fire Service, the Planning department among others received the CEC members.

The students benefited from practical sessions on how to administer first aid, acquired fire fighting skills and how to avoid fire outbreaks at home, school and office and others. The exercise was educative and engaging.

Officers of the NCCE present were Mr. Eric K. Yanney (DD), Mr. Isaac Nartey (AD), Wisdom T. Korletey (CEO), Dora Etevor (ACEO) and Grace Lartey (PFO).
