The Akuapem North Municipal Directorate of the National Commission for Civic Education held stakeholder meetings with the Municipal Coordinating Director and the Municipal Chief Executive to strengthen collaboration for the year’s activities. The NCCE delegation, led by the Municipal Director, Ms. Benedicta Duvor, included Ms. Alberta E. Attipoe, Nana Adwoa Oduraa III, Mr. Eric K. Ocloo, and Ms. Portia Hlovor. During the engagements, Ms. Duvor presented the Commission’s operational theme, “Upholding Our Constitution in the Digital Age: Our Collective Responsibility,” and outlined key programmes planned for the first quarter.
Discussions emphasized the important role of the Municipal Coordinating Director, Alhaji Abdul Gafaru Shamrock, and the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. John Evans Kumordzi, in supporting civic education initiatives within the municipality. The NCCE encouraged the authorities to actively participate in upcoming engagements and collaborate closely with the Commission to promote constitutional awareness and national development at the local level.
