Awutu Senya East NCCE leverages human billboard campaign to engage Residents

The Awutu Senya East Directorate of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) has employed the human billboard campaign strategy to sensitize and update residents of the community on matters pertaining to the 2024 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.

Leading the team was the Municipal Director of the Awutu Senya East Office of the Commission, Mrs. Mary Nyamekye Ankrah, who underscored the relevance of adopting all possible and legitimate means to reach out to the population, in addition to the conventional forums and group-meeting mediums of engagement.

Stationed around the Kasoa Interchange and at vantage points within the Municipality, members of staff, together with some volunteers, displayed placards which bore a myriad of information, geared towards rallying residents, drivers, passengers, and pedestrians to pool efforts to keep the peace we enjoy afloat.

As December 7 Polls steadily approaches, NCCE is committed to relentlessly continue to intensify sensitization activities to keep the citizenry in every nook and cranny informed on all issues related to the Elections, while instilling in them the democratic values to facilitate the development of our country.
