SIM CARD RE-REGISTRATION EDUCATION INTENSIFIED IN TOLON DISTRICT

The Tolon District Office of the National Commission for Civic Education has interacted with an Attaya base in Tolon on the extension of the SIM card re-registration exercise, the need to defend the 1992 Constitution of Ghana bearing in mind the recent coup d’états in neighbouring countries as well as the need to live harmoniously with others.

Participants appreciated the message but had several concerns with respect to some telecommunication companies and biometric registration. The NCCE team asked them to engage agents at vantage points within the district on their concerns and challenges.

The second concern came with more outbursts after the Officers took them through the need for peaceful co-existence and the need to defend the 1992 of the Constitution of Ghana.
