The Savannah Regional Directorate of the NCCE had a Cinema Van Show on Preventing and Containing Violent Extremism (PCVE) at the Damongo Senior High School. The Savannah Regional Director, Mr. Issaka Zitor, in his remarks, admonished the students to eschew violence and report suspicious characters to the security agencies (See Something, Say Something).
Present at the engagement from the National Headquarters for monitoring was the Director of Communications and Cooperate Affairs Department, Mrs Joyce Afutu. Over two thousand (2000) students benefited from the engagement.
