The Kintampo South District Director of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), Mr. Isaac Osei Agyemang has called on the residents of the Jema Zongo community to practice good moral values such as promoting peaceful coexistence,a good environmental sanitation by keeping their environment clean, cleaning their gutters and proper disposal of refuses and so on. He made the call during the 2022 Annual ‘Dagomba Fire Festival at Jema.
In his key note address, Mr. Isaac Osei Agyemang entreated citizens to continue living in harmony with one another irrespective of ones differences thus; political, religious, cultural values etc. He urged all to put Ghana first in all their dealings in order to project the good name and image of Ghana.
The Dagomba Chief, Naa Iddrisu Abdulai expressed gratitude to the Commission for its Commitment to engaging citizens on nation and critical issues. He encouraged the NCCE to frequently engage his community to increase their awareness on constitutional and governance matters.
