The Bibiani Municipal Director of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), Ms. Martha Nneka Opara urged the in-school youth to keep the environment clean, and not to litter because garbage would choke the drains and cause flooding.
Engaging the pupils of SDA JHS and primary school l, Adukrom JHS, to observe this year’s Citizenship Week Celebration in Bibiani, implored them to avoid abusive substances and take their education seriously to become better people in the future.
