The Akuapem North Municipal Office of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) has engaged Christians at Mampong and Larteh – Akuapem as part of the Commission’s 2023 Annual Constitution Week.
Civic Educators in the Municipality, David Adu and Eric Ocloo engaged the congregation on the purpose of the week’s celebration with an emphasis on peaceful co-existence and local governance.
The Civic Educators urged the Christian community to respect and tolerate the views of other citizens. The team urged the members to participate in the 2023 district-level elections.
Women, the youth and persons living with disability were encouraged to contest in the upcoming district-level elections.
