HOLD ELECTED LEADERS ACCOUNTABLE - NCCE

The Assistant Civic Education Officer (ACEO), Priscilla Chiri of the Abuakwa South Office of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), has through the Sagyemase Information Center engaged community members on the upcoming District Assembly and Unit Committee Elections.

Ms. Chiri educated community members on the importance of the District Assembly and Unit Committee elections and the need for citizens' active participation.

Also, the facilitator outlined the duties of Assembly members in facilitating the development of the communities. Further, she urged the community members to hold elected leaders accountable.
