Gomoa Central NCCE strengthen ties with the District Assembly

Staff of the Gomoa Central Office of the National Commission for Civic Education, in line with the overarching aim of consolidating relationships with our stakeholders, have called on the District Assembly of the area.

District Director of the Office, who was leader of the delegation, Mrs. Constance Akuamoah Boateng, in her preliminary remarks, showered praise on the Assembly for the relentless show of support throughout 2024.

Touching on the 2025 working theme of the Commission, “Ghana Future: Our Collective Responsibility”, Mrs. Akuamoah Boateng emphasized that the development of the nation and the general wellbeing of the people are determined by how each citizen acknowledges and performs his/her role.

The District Coordinating Director, Mr. Abdul-Rahim Musa, welcoming the delegation on behalf of the Assembly, appreciated the NCCE team for diligently and dutifully delivering on their mandate in the District, and encouraged them to continue with the good work.

He also indicated that the Assembly is available for any form of consultations, or collaboration in any way within their means, in order to enhance the work of the Commission.
