CITIZENSHIP WEEK AT BURMA CAMP CLUSTER OF SCHOOLS

The Burma Camp cluster of schools has observed NCCE’s Citizenship Week. This year’s Citizenship Week is under the theme “Tax Build a Great Nation”.It is a collaboration between NCCE and GRA to create awareness on tax compliance among school pupils.

Over 527 pupils benefitted from the engagement. Two resource persons namely Ms. Olivia Bortier from the Public Procurement Authority, and Ms. Linda Pearl from AY Concept, took turns to engage the pupils on the theme. They delivered their messages in an interactive manner and with rapt attention the pupils listened and appreciated the NCCE/GRA messages on tax compliance.

The pupils later asked thought-provoking questions and the resource persons responded accordingly.
