Today, a team from 'Womanity Index' Nigeria, working with 'Civic-Tech' visited the NCCE at its Head Office in Accra.
Civic-Tech is an organisation that promotes accountability and transparency through social innovation and advocacy.
The three-member delegation's visit to the NCCE forms part of an advocacy engagement with relevant stakeholders like NCCE to discuss national and sub-national assessment on Gender-Based Violence and other general civic issues.
NCCE's Deputy Chairman in charge of Operations, Mr. Samuel Asare Akuamoah received the team and had a very fruitful discussion with the team from Nigeria. He provided in-depth suggestions and information needed to support the roll out of a 'Womanity Index' project.
Mr. Akuamoah was supported by some Directors at the Head Office; Director, Administration, Director Research, Gender and Equality, Director, Finance, Deputy Director, Human Resource and Deputy Director, Communications and Corporate Affairs.
