NEW JUABEN NORTH NCCE EDUCATES ON RELIGIOUS AND POLITICAL TOLERANCE

The New Juaben North Municipal Office of the National Commission for Civic Education, Eastern Region, had an engagement with students of the S.D.A College of Education at Asokore. Present were lecturers and students of the Institution.

There was a presentation on Political and Religious Tolerance. This was led by the Municipal Director, Mr. Ebenezer Acheampong.

He called on the students to develop a culture of tolerance because it leads to societal growth and progress.

He further admonished them to ensure that the things they do today lead to a harmonious and prosperous future.

Finally, he inaugurated the newly formed Civic Education Club of the School and encouraged as many students as possible to be a part of the Club. The patron of the Club is Mr Pius Kwasi Sarpong.

The Interim Executives of the Club are;

A Civic Education Officer (CEO) of NCCE New Juaben North, Mrs. Salomey Oduro, later charged the club members to perform their roles diligently.
