The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) has partnered the Church of Pentecost to increase awareness of the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19 among the populace to help contain the spread of the virus.
Using cinema vans provided by the Church of Pentecost, NCCE staff educated citizens across the country on what COVID-19 is, the symptoms and preventive measures to combat the spread of the disease amongst others.

The NCCE/CoP team for public education on COVID-19 lead by the Adaklu District Director of the NCCE, Mr. Francis Asamani has so far covered 11 communities, 7 border communities (Nyive, Atikpui, Shia, Klave, Hoe, Dodome Awiaso and Honuta) and 4 non-border communities (Taviefe Deme, Akoefe, Tanyigbe and Tokokoe communities, all in the Ho Municipality).
