National Commission for Civic Education, (NCCE) and CDD-Ghana - Ghana Center for Democratic Development have signed an MOU to promote inclusive governance and increase youth participation in local governance in 30 selected districts. Chairperson of NCCE, Ms. Kathleen Addy signed on behalf of the Commission.
