Mr. Kojo Tito Voegborlo is the Commission Secretary for the NCCE. He was at Goodwill International School, Russia-Accra as part of activities to mark the 2019 Citizenship Week Celebrations. He is passionate about Civic Education and Citizenship Week is a perfect platform for Mr. Tito Voegborlo to groom pupils to become change agents. He spoke to the pupils on good sanitation practices.
