COVID-19 PUBLIC EDUCATION- NCCE ENGAGES COALITION OF CONCERNED TEACHERS OF GHANA

As we continue to deal with COVID-19 and its related issues, the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) and the Ghana Health Service (GHS) continue to engage groups, organizations, and the general public to intensify public education on the COVID-19 pandemic. Members of the Coalition of Concerned Teachers, Ghana (CCT) had their share of the engagement. Mr. Kisses Johnson, Mr. Seth Adjei, and Dr. Nasiru Tanko Mohammed engaged participants on the “Overview of COVID-19, Deployment Strategies, Compliance, and Safety Protocols” “Communicating with COVID-19 Key Messages” and “Global and Context-Based FAQs of COVID-19”

Mr. Rockson Gbande the Acting Director of Programs urged the participants to use their influence as teachers to pass on the education they have received and encourage others to participate in the vaccination process. Mr. Ako Forson the general Secretary of CCT expressed gratitude to the NCCE and GHS and called for more of such engagements to educate members of CCT.
