The Bono East Regional Office has engaged Hansua Youth Group on the Preventing and Containing Violent Extremism (PCVE) Cinema show.
The engagement was aimed at preventing and containing violent extremism and promoting peace and tolerance in their locality and Ghana as a whole.
The programme was resourced by Fred Frimpong (CEO), Yekeen Afusatu (CEO), and Nelly Myarko Louis (CEO).
The resource persons in their presentation urged the youth to be vigilant in their area and report violent activities by calling the toll-free line 999 and reporting to appropriate authorities in their area.
