2021 Smart Governors Challenge

" Catch them young, and they shall be yours forever" This cliché best defines NCCE's in-school civic education activities which seek to groom students to be responsible and civic-minded citizens. It was all fun at the University of Ghana, Legon, ISSER Auditorium to witness pupils answer questions from the 1992 Constitution, current affairs, and Civics and governance-related issues. Four schools participated in the finals of the competition. Standard Foundation JHS, Anointed Academy International School, Mystical Rose Academy, and Osu Home JHS. The latter, Osu Home JHS won the day. Chairperson of NCCE, Ms. Josephine Nkrumah was at the event and was thrilled by the performance of the contestants. The winners and all other participants received prizes and awards from the NCCE with support from Goil Company Limited. The event was organised by the Ga Central District Office of the NCCE in the Greater Accra Region.
