The NCCE, in partnership with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES), has held a three-day capacity-enhancement programme for selected members of staff and patrons of Civic Education Clubs in Elmina. The programme aimed at equipping participants with the necessary skills to integrate digital technology into civic delivery.
