The National Commission for Civic Education, in collaboration with the African Centre for Economic Transformation (ACET), has held a citizens’ engagement in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, from the 18th – 20th April 2024. This event aimed to foster a social contract between Ghana’s leaders and its citizens to facilitate the country's Political and Economic Transformation. Dubbed "Compact for Ghana’s Political and Economic Transformation," the social contract targets the root causes of Ghana’s economic challenges.
