NCCE URGES VOTERS TO SHUN POLITICAL VIOLENCE

The Lambussuie District office of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) has urged voters to vote on issues, condemn electoral violence, and shun any political party that supports violence.

The Lambussuie District Director of the NCCE, Mr. Ganvu Paul Kwame, implored citizens to pay attention to campaign messages by candidates to make an informed choice on Election Day.

Visiting the Zinkonuo, Kanguo, and Piina communities within the district, Mr. Paul said though we are in an election season residents should be reminded that COVID-19 is still with us. He, therefore, called on community members to continue adhering to the COVID-19 safety protocols.  He emphasized the need to wear a face mask, washing hands with soap and water under running water among other protocols.
